Anyone can join these events as long as you have:
1. Car-club membership (to any car-club)
2. CAMS L2S License (or AASA will get you into at least 1/2 of them).
3. Extinguisher in the car (within reach)

In order to join one just completes the entry form and sends it in with the entry fee. Car-clubs usually release these about a month before the event.

We have an RX-8 Nationals at Winton raceway on the Sat, Oct 6.

It is a festival for RX-8 owners from all states. There will be demo and will be seeking Mazda's input.

This is the 3rd Nationals that the RX-8 community has and it comes to the party state, Victoria :cool:.

To show your interest of running your 8 at the Nats, please email me president @ ozrenesis.com.au. I will forward details in due course. :cool: If you have a friend that have an RX-8. Please tell him about it! :hello:

Which one ... you need to be a lot more specific.

DavidM, is the 14th of October the last timed event at Calder for this year? If so can you post up a link to the entry forms please? I'm pretty keen to get an official time down for that place :)

There may be other ones, but it'd be with smaller (ie. less prolific) car-clubs. The 14/10/07 one is with the WRX club, but the entry form is not available yet. Keep an eye on here, which is where they'll post it when available (ie. ~ 3 - 4 weeks before the event):
