Default Any Qld HSCC members here?

Why is the Qld club so dead? They haven't updated their newsletter since June last year.

Hey Muz I'm in QLD HSCC. QLD HSCC only appears to be quite disorganised.

We have a really good, tight nit club going with members from a variety of age groups and backgrounds. Most of our communication occurs through yahoo groups or mobile phone.

We have regular day runs and few night runs. Other events include skidpan driver training, network playstation 2 nights with video projectors, indy, go karting and a annual track day. I think its happening at Queensland Raceway in April. We are also planning to organise a drag day at willowbank. If I remember correctly, membership is $50. Pretty good considering you get a free track day.

If your interested call Arthur Stamatoudis on: 0404042354.

Thanks for this. Do they have a regular newsletter other than on the HSCC site? Do they do any runs or meets near to the GC or is it mainly Brisbane based?

No the newsletter is anything but regular. Admittedly they are a bit slack.

We haven't had a run to the coast as yet but I'm planning one which will include the coast, Mt. Tamborine etc.

We also have one this Sunday which includes Mt. Nebo and Mt. Tamborine and lunch at Fernvale. You and Bernie should come along and see what its all about.

We also have a night run in about a fortnight that includes all of the urban tunnels and bridges ending with a dinner at Park Rd. Any ultra keen people are coming to my place for a network playstation2 Gran Tourismo 3 challenge and piss up after that one.

Also, every Thursday night about five or six members go for a casual night drive usually to the Yatala BP and meet up with other car enthusiasts.

Muz, Honda are very slack at keeping the website up to date - I am on to them constantly to no avail. The site currently has the Vic November newsletter up there but we have already published February!
