ATS Cross / Carbonetic Single / Twin Clutch Manual

Hey Guys,

I recently purchased a ATS Cross twin metal clutch from Japan and finished installing it to my new built motor. Small issue with the clutch is no matter how i adjust the slave cylinder and master cylinder with the pedal adjustment, putting on gears is very harsh, difficult and it wouldn't want to go in. The instruction manual that came with the kit is in Jap (Obviously) and i was wondering if any one has an installation manual in English? I am looking for the latest version as I found one in Google but it is superseded instruction with different parts (Mitsubishi cylinder & Nissan bearing - Mine is Nissan cylinder & Toyota bearing).

If anyone has a copy and can forward me a copy, it will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

DJ

Maybe post in one of the Special Interest threads. Not sure anyone here would have experience with this specific clutch:

Can you see how much the clutch fingers are moving by looking through the fork hole in the bellhousing. You want the fingers to move around 6mm. Too much is bad as the fingers press on the clutch plate and force it back up against the flywheel.
