Default Clutch options?

Hi S2KIs
My 05 s2000 needs a new clutch soon as my girlfriend smoked it from anthor day (dont let a girl touch your stick unless she can handle it )

I got price from a work shop as 1350 totally with $850 for exedy HD clutch kit WITHOUT flywheel.. the price is pretty fair in australia
Have anyone buy the clutch kit on EBAY or something? Are they fitted well?

And heard that Exedy and xtreme are two exaclly staff in australia beside the name of the brand, but I'm not sure if that is true...

Besides, any other brand(s) recommdation?

[sarcasm]I bought a clutch from EBAY and they are fitted extremely well.

I highly recommend EBAY for supply and fit of clutches. Can't go wrong.[/sarcasm]

Oh boy...

I was being facetious. eBay is not a vendor and doesn't provide installation.

JDM yard have US sourced Competition Clutch kits. I've used their stage 1.5 and 2.0 on K20A's. They bite harder than stock but are still drive like stock ones. The kits come with pilot bearing, thrust bearing and alignment tool.

Look at JDMyards website, they list the S2000 pricing as well.

I tried this for shits and giggles.

Machined oem fly wheel - was brilliant lol (in my case at least). Far lighter than stock clutch and still bit well. Mind you, I granny my car and never ever launch / clutch kick it.

A clutch is not something I'd try for shits and giggles (YMMV). They are a pain to install and when they go wrong (locked on or slipping) leave you stranded.
