Default Need a diff

Anyone selling a rear diff with some kind of guarentee, im trying to sell my s2k ap1 but its making an annoying vibartion after 60kph...tried everything pretty much and even the guys i took it to that specialise in diffs said they would have to pull the whole thing apart to find the exact cause so i might as well look for a replacement. Im from melbourne so any help wpuld be great cheers

Could well be your CVs. The typical fix is the swap the cups left to right. Much cheaper than a new diff.

And if it is your problem, a new diff won't fix it.

if its a shuddering noise more likely to be the inner tripod joints, not the outboard CV joints.

you can reverse the direction ( swap left/right) of the inboard joints so they run on the different faces.

Better is to put spacers you can buy between them and the diff flanges which moves the rollers onto a fresh part of the grooves in the housing.
