Trying to track down the previous owner to ask a question.
Its a personal import, turbo, being sold unregistered via auction.

I know its an 04, because I have broken down the VIN but has it no compliance plate or build plate which concerns me for re-registration purposes.
Does anyone know if you can register it without the build or compliance plate even though it has a personal import plate?
I'm thinking yes, but I'd just like some confirmation?
