If you haven't read the Sway Bar and Brake Pads thread you may not be aware that the HSCC NSW attended Eastern Creek Raceway yesterday.

The day was a blast. I'm compiling some video of the action and will have it up soon, but if anyone else has some feedback or content please post it here.

NSX gets squiffy

I managed to get some times off my second session. They are 2:02-2:03.

My third session was very messy and I spent much of the time behind an NSX that left me on the straights and held me up in the twisties and would not let me pass.

I'll check my fourth and final session later. I must have cracked 2:00 somewhere.

I cant play the mp4 file.
Real Player has a black picture but the sound is ok.
Windows Media Player says the file type is unsupported.

Use QuickTime or some other MPEG4 compatible player. All the videos will be supplied in this format.

Yeah - what a blast.
I got 200km of track time, speeds up to 180 km/h, free driving instruction, a session with the instructor driving my car, and all for only $140 and without the exhausting drive to Goulburn.

Not to mention on a much better track. Wakefield is great but it doesn't have the challenges of Eastern Creek.

I forgot I had Quicktime installed. It worked fine.
The video quality is very good.
Great to see that NSX drivers aren't perfect either.

Can't wait to see Naishou's photos. He was positioned up on hill at the end of turn 1 for a whole session.

Absolute proof that there is little relationship between amount of money and skill level. I have some much blacker examples of this I could post.
