Default Is the Evo X any easier on the eyes

I've always like to own an Evo some day...may be for a year or 2. I was hoping that the Evo X will be the one but this is ugly. Please tell me that I am wrong but these image are not very easy on my eyes

What are wrong with these Mits exterior designer?

The interior looks a bit better though

hmmm should I put my flamesuit on

In some ways I prefer the look of EVO9. EVO X looks more modern, but at the same time less sporty (ie. taller and thinner). Might look OK in person ... but I'd never call it 'hot'.

Not my cup of tea either. I prefer the EVO 9.

Why do the right and left tyres differ?

Are you kidding?. Go see the 08 wrx.

Then you will have something to complain about.

I agree it's pretty bland. Looks like a hotted up econobox, but that is basically what it is.

Considering Mitsubishi's financial state it's a wonder they still produce a road rocket like the EVO so the fact that is based off a low cost production model is no surprise.

And I'm guessing the love of an EVO is not for it's looks but it's performance.

In the old days we used to say "Don't judge a car by the shape of the tin wrapped around it". - I guess in these modern times we should now say "Don't judge a car by the shape of the fibreglass/plastic wrapped around it".

When you're inside and driving you don't care what it looks like from outside. It's only the young teenage boys watching from the side of the road who say "Ooooh Aah - look at that car".

Yeah i had the exact same feeling, i was trying to find that pic when i first read this thread... i reckon its pretty good in that pic... if i was to ever get another car.. it would prob be an evoX that looks like that. or a slk55 but theres a massive price difference there.
