I am trying to retro fit my plastic window with a rear glass window. I know it can be done if you replace the whole roof but does anyone know if you can just replace the plastic rear with a glass rear?

Also does anyone know of a Honda dealer in Australia that has done it. My dealer would like to contact them to see how it was done.

Yes, you can do it - doubt very much if anyone local has done it yet though.

I've read the glass window is smaller than the plastic one, which may be a problem.

Thanks all, i know it can be done and i have done a search on the topic and found a number of discussions but i was pretty sure there was a Honda dealer in Australia that has fitted one already. Maybe i was mistaken. I am not sure if the cost but if i have to replace the whole roof, not just the plastic pannel, it will be very expensive. Honda are replacing the plastic window for me so i thought i could do a deal.
