Default GB for OEM Aero bits

I'm looking at organising a group buy for Honda Aero parts now that they are available separately.

I only want the front spoiler myself. Should be able to get it for $600 or less. If anyone else in Sydney wants the front under spoiler, rear trunk spoiler, or god-forbid, the side strakes, register your interest here.

I thought they always were available separately. I have the rear spoiler but only because the previous owner put it there. My car's front end already scrapes my driveway so I think the front spoiler is out for me.

Front bar is worth around $843 BTW, but comes unpainted I think.

Well I hope you have a long twisty driveway or I guess your drives are pretty boring .

The front spoiler just fits over the front apron. It only lowers the front by the thickness of the material (plastic?) it is made off (about 10mm I believe).

I would suggest if you do have scraping problems you should have your driveway adjusted, or buy a CRV. I could use one around Mosman, what with all the speed humps and other road cancer.

All the parts come pre-painted in the standard colours. I have heard from one owner that the colour match on the silver wasn't very good but didn't see it myself. Unfortunately metal colours are very fussy about the angle of light so it can look like a bad match when in fact it is just a different angle of the light.

I got a quote from Rick Damelien with the HSCC discount at $721.90 for the front and $656.00 for the rear. both in blue but they didn't confirm that they could split the kit. I phoned 4 other dealers and all said it was only available as a kit at >$2,000.......

I haven't confirmed my order but if you can get both at less then above in blue I'm in. Best of luck Muz.

Finally I would like to get them asap as I would like to fit them while on holidays.

Col,

It doesn't look like there is any HSCC discount there...

The price of the front lip is broken down as follows:

RRP .... $656.00
GST .... $65.60 (10%)
TOTAL.. $721.60

Also, just to clarify, I was referring to the front bar/bumper not coming painted, not the body kit components. All the body kit components (front lip spoiler, rear spoiler and side strakes) come pre-painted to my knowledge.

Ahh, you had me for a minute there. And $843 unpainted is not too bad for the front bar.

It looks like we should be paying $650 for the front spoiler through RD/HSCC. So if we can get it for $600 I'd be happy.
