Austblue,

I basically drive it as an everyday car, I will though race it when I get a chance,

I know it is abit overboard, but I want something that looks great and kicks ass, and to destroy a couple of my mates 355 and 360 Ferrari's

Tell us about that. Are you going to even use the stock housing for the diff, or will it be a completely new piece? How did your diff blow out? Were you launching? What exactly happened.

There seems to be a fair amount of tranny/diff specialists in Austrailia. I frequently check exvitermini.com and check up on his progress. He is having a custom tranny made by some company in Austrailia....

Thanks

Chris

I have been working on the car from last November, I original bought a kit from the US, I had the kit installed to the standard engine, I had it running for about 1month
before my external oil cooler burst and my engine lost oil an spun a conrod bearing, I know you would all say why didn't you not turn your engine off, I would of if I knew, as I only found out after I heard the engine knocking and then the oil light comes on after all the knocking.

Since then I decided to sell the T3/T4 turbo and other intercooler and build something really special, All the work was done by Alex from PULSE TURBOCHARGING in Condell Park, It has taken a while only because it took a while to get parts for the engine,

The car has been on the road now for about 2 months, I have been running it in easy, did 2000kms with no Vtec which is a real tease, then I did a further 2000kms with Vtec and 7psi, next we boosted it to 12psi for 2000kms, and now it is a 17psi, but I would of boosted it to 20psi but it needs more spark at higher rpm, what it needs is something like a MSD which won't be long. this will run nicely with the Motec

I will try to keep you posted
