You've got the badge hlau check your first post on this page, I hooked you up yesterday. BTW note for everyone, your signatures only appear on your first post on each page. So as you can see with hlau's first post it has the badge but the rest of his dont on this page, if a new page starts and hlau posts, his first post on that page will also include the badge etc.

Hi

I'm Scott, 43 y.o., grew up in Palmetto, Florida, moved to Australia from North Carolina, and have lived in Sydney for almost 9 years now. I work in IT, currently as an analyst/programmer supporting clincal trials for a large pharmaceutical company, but previously in the area of e-commerce and internet security. I studied nuclear physics in uni, and in a previous life I was a paratrooper in the US Army.

I've ordered a Berlina Black/Black S2000, which should arrive around late Oct. I'm looking forward to many Spring drives.

Also, I'm a keen tennis player, and always looking for a game. So, if you also play and would like a hit, PM me.

Cheers...

Hey Scott

This is a long shot, but are you "Scottnofriends" that rings Nova969?

There is an american that rings now and then and they gave him some shit and I when I heard it my silly naive brain put two and two together and made the enormous assumption that there couldn't be that many immigrants named scott

Hi Aust, nope, not me. I've never listened to Nova969, but I'd heard they basically started the radio wars in Sydney about a year or so ago. Triple M used to be good (or at least tolerable) before Nova started capturing market share. Now Triple M is just another boring talk radio station that, every now and then, plays a song. And I sure miss Maroon and Millie in the afternoon.

Would love to find a good ol' rock and roll station in Sydney.

I love TCM.

I have a few mates in Melbourne that study TCM here. I think 3rd year.

I study Hung Gar Kung Fu with them, which, from what I'm told, uses TCM practices and theories. Very cool stuff!
