Unless you want to have further troubles I would stay clear of anything non-OEM when it comes to your engine, unless of course you have heard multiple success stories (but even then they should be taken with a grain of salt)
In the words of Billman, nothing is more reliable than OEM (that goes for valves, retainers, pistons etc.)
The OEM knock sensor is $120 USD, where are you looking?
