what is this window tape everyone talks about?

i thought it was the front window frame, but his one is already black and not colour matched to the car......

 

yeh, it's just black tape, you peel it off and then underneath it will be colour matched.

 

ohhh. i think it looks heaps better black....

 

i think black looks better too - especially when the roof is up.

I think 02 model upwards has no black tape

 

I dont have the balls to take the tape off, if it looks crap you cant redo it. I reckon it looks great as is, and im sure it would add to the tallness of the car if the red was showing especially when the top is up.
