Never heard of them.
Personally I would be concerned about
a) no telephone land line, only mobile
b) no ABN (Australian Business Number) listed on website.
c) PO Box address only
d) Terrible site design
Sounds like a guy operating out of his bedroom at his parents place.

They do list an ABN/ACN.
That said, I haven't come across them at Sydney circuit racing events.
Company Registration Info
The Tuners Group is a division of our Australian Pty Ltd company Waenick Pty Ltd, which was founded in 1999.
Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 99 090 692 292. Our ABN can be verifed by clicking here
Our Australian Companies Number (ACN) is 090 692 292. Our registration as an Australian Company can be verified at the Securities and Investments Commission's website by clicking here

They took about 2 days to get back to me. He said Monday (I think would be your Monday, maybe Tuesday) was a big Holiday over there in Australia (I searched and it was Queen's day on June 10). I emailed him and asked why he doesn't have a physical address (waiting for a reply). The reason I'm asking is that they have this really good deal on a Works Bell combo (wheel, hub, quick release) that I can't find here in the US. Even with the high shipping costs it's cheaper than anything I can find here.

They have been around in the industry for a while now. First I saw them was around 2008 or 09 when I used to have S15. I bought works bell quick lease and mate of mine bought works bell boss kit there. i can not remember exactly but they were reasonable with delivery time. Didnt have an issue.

Hi, you were very right to question THe TUners Group. I ordered something and wired the moeny (unfortunately was I so stupid). They never delivered any product, do not reply to my emails, nothing. In the beginning Adam was very helpful, explained everything in detail, to make you really comfortable, then he tells you to wire the money and you are done. This is a fraudulous company, do not trust them. Everything is a lie.
