Hi Kevster, I'll put your time in, but can you let me know more about your car? ie. what mods (if any)? If the car is remotely stock then you might have the local record for DC2 IT-R.

yep shes completely stock, got a one of those lighweight batteries and no a/c so that probably helps

Thanks for that .... I'd call that pretty much stock (ie. no significant changes/mods). Very impressive time ... I take it that you know the PI track pretty well.

Also when were you at the Island, and with what club when you set this time?

ps. The time is now in the HOF.

Those are really great times ... how were they timed, and can they be verified somehow (ie. via racetime, natsoft or the club website)? If I can verify them, then you'll have the quickers times (by far) at those 2 tracks in the HOF here.

Also I take it that you have an S2000, is that right?

Hi David, yes I have a blue s2000 times at wakefield were timed by the mx5 club I think they use racetime, times at the creek were set at c.m.s. super sprint day have trophies to verify them. I will find print out of oran park long and short to post.

Cool, I'll search in racetime/natsoft for the MX5-club times ... any idea about the date (or at least the year) to rearch for? Also what does c.m.s stand for?

After a little bit of search I did find a 1:11.89 time for you at Wakefield ... that was on the 17th of April '05. Any idea when you managed the 1:10.4? I'd love to put that in the HOF, but can't find any reference (even though it's very much believable in light of your 1:11.89 time ... which is already in the HOF).

It does not look like the Eastern Creek time is anywhere on line, but in light of your MX5 times there very believable. Can you give me a date of the event and I'll update the HOF with the Eastern Creek time as well.

Hi.David, I have found some more times, the 1.04 at wakefield was back in 02 I think about june. I did 84.30 at oran park grand prix on 23.08.03 at a cams super sprint also cams have me down for a 1.10.85 at a super sprint back in 01. also down in 02 for 1.17.56 in a stock standar MX5 1.6 I think these 2 times still stand as class records at wakefield, for cams super sprints. I've updated the HOF with the 1:10.84 at Wakefield and 1:24.30 at Oran Park (long). Have you got any more info on the 1:54 at Eastern Creek? Like what time it was exactly and date?

I'd like to put the Eastern Creek time in there as well, but need more detail. If I (or you) can find more details for the 1:10.4 time for Wakefield, then I'll be happy to update that too.

ps. Have you got both MX5 and S2000?
