I have a 4.56 rear, and was recommened the Redline 75W250 Heavy Shock Proof Oil by the guys that built my diff, they normally build diffs for 1000+ HP drag cars. Have had no issues after many track days, would recommend.

Genuine Honda oils are perfect, heard they are actually castrol oils anyway, engine oil i used synthetic castrol 0w-40, about $90 per 5litre tho.

I use Amsoil Severe Gear 90w140.
Get my oils from:
http://performancelub.com/
Awesome guy, and sells Amsoil, Royal Purple and RedLine. Picked up 6 quarts of Amsoil 10W40 today at $16 a quart so not bad

A bit of a revival.
In need of a rear diff fluid recommendation. Was previously using the Honda SAE90 GL5 stuff but my local Honda dealer can no longer get it in (?).
Have tried contacting LE to get a hold of the good stuff as posted above, but no response. Unfortunately I don't have the time to chase this up.
Any recommendations on a decent safe fluid I can use in my diff, and where I can get it in Melbourne?

I too need abit of advice in regards to diff oil, i currently have a 1.5 way kaaz diff with 4.44 gear ratio, so was wondering would i need to specifically use the kaaz diff oil or can I use the same oil and if it was a stock diff.
