well, since you are from US, for you its driver side BUT since im from Australia and our car is RHD, so i can assure you 100% its a passenger side. .. no i dont have a driver door and if i do have it and you want me to send it to US, it would be not worth at all ( re:shipping cost)

hmm you wouldnt have an OEM cat for sale would you? I have aftermarket headers and my exhaust is abit noisy, would oem headers quieten it down at all?

The cheap option would be getting silencer for your exhaust, the OEM header would make quiet but no quite big deal. OEM header + OEM cat would make a bit quieter. Let me know if you interested of purchasing OEM header + cat. Cheers

Do you still have the cam? Did you get your S dyno'd before & after?

Yes, still have the CAM, originally imported off Japan, thinking of installing but plan is changed now, so never installed in my S hence no dyno'd
