Nice link. Thanks for sharing

Im sure the money part has to do with some of the recent animosity at RedBull.

Very intersting salary change for Kimi.

Red Bull needs to step it up.

Would be nice to show other driver salaries on the grid, instead of a handful of the best current drivers.

Wouldn't that be a negative number? Im sure Senna, Chandok (our home boy) and Yamamoto pay to race.

Im sure Kovalainen, Trulli and Glock get paid bare minimum per race too.

YEA, i believe those guys pay for seat time.. kinda crazy, but F1 really is a rich man's sport.

http://sundayafternoonclub.blogs.topgear.c...o-in-the-money/

There's an article that has everyone's salaries. While I hate Kimi, he's done the best. 3rd highest paid to not be driving

Webber and Vettel get paid so little because they get astronomical bounses. 40% sallary, 60% bonus. Webber makes 4.2M british pounds. That's about a 6M pound bonus if he wins, making him 5th highest paid.

As the article says, Chandok and Yamamoto are paying them to race. So they get NOTHIN'!

Both articles are interesting - thanks

Massa's salary is the one that stands out [negatively] from the TopGear list - he gets paid more than two other World Driver's Champions. Without Massa, we would be looking at the Top 5 highest paid F1 Drivers, who appropriately are past or present World Champions.

The bottom end of the list really puts F1 racing aspirations into perspective - like gCHOW said, it really is for those who have connection$$$ It also makes me think that there are 2 or 3 teams extra in F1...

Hmm... http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/86688

How can budget-conscious Renault afford Kimi?...

Would he fit more appropriately in a Red Bull?...
