Voted Ricciardo. He has a good chance of winning here and I hope he does so the championship fight goes down to the wire. |
Wacky starting line up for Sunday.
Voted KMAG. Usual WAG's as last week. |
can I complain about lance Stroll and his off causing Ricciardo to miss Q3 :D but it was a good qualifying session and I’m hoping the Honda’s do well especially since the chances of Ricciardo winning the race now are extremely low with how hard it is to pass here. |
Man, you know the race was boring when the world feed had no coverage of the pole driver.
|
I thought the race was interesting, just not the race to finish first. Ricciardo did well to finish 4th after dropping lower at the start. Too bad about the Ferrari pit stop, but it seemed like any other driver other than Vettel would have attacked a bit more aggressively. Maybe they should’ve given kimi a shot. It seemed like Vettel was trying to salvage as many points as he could get. Bottas drove very well I thought but it seems his strategy was clearly one of protecting Lewis. You’ve gotta feel for him when the team boss goes on the global feed and calls him a wingman. Gasly drove delightfully I thought to finish ahead of the McLaren and both Haas finished in the points. Hopefully the next race in a months time will be more fun. |
I thought Kimi was unintentionally funny while talking about his son in the post-race interview :D https://au.sports.yahoo.com/kimi-rai...061453384.html |
After the Germany GP just about anything was going to be a bit more mellow. It wasn’t his most exciting win, but given that it was an unexpected one, I’m delighted. |
