Lewis wins his first sprint race, very cool. Race tomorrow should be McLarens to lose I think.
Lawson looks to be on a very steep learning curve. Still think Yuki should be in the other RBR seat but obviously that isn’t happening since he’s a Honda boy.

Fantastic sprint race and couldn’t have been happier with how it played out. I hope Lewis has a dream season with Ferrari and I hope he has the kind of success he had when he first made his debut with McLaren.
for the race I’m going with Oscar. I think he’s been doing th work and is due for one.

Oooof...Ferrari fell completely on its face. Underweight for Leclerc and exceeding rear plank wear for Lewis..both DQ'd after Leclerc went faster than lewis with a severely damaged front wing. More circus antics from Ferrari support...the sprint race was the diamond amongst the crap. VER still hoisting that RB that seems to want to kill it's drivers way up the order. Oscar looked spectacular and the Mclaren looked to be in another league all its own.
Rumor, maybe confirmed by now, that Yuki will get a shot in the RB for Suzuka. Pretty cool for it to be his home race but I don't know if I'd want that seat until they sort the car out. The Racing Bull seems easier to drive than the Red Bull at this point.

RBR continue to blame the second seat rather than the car. I didn't like they put Liam in the second seat over Yuki but after seeing the first races/practice the driver isn't the issue, it's the car.
If RBR do switch them for Suzuka I'm of the belief that Yuki will have the same issue as Liam. Maybe that's what RBR need to see to realize it's the car and not the driver.

I don't understand this. Why is Verstappen constantly closer to the front of the grid? If it's the car rather than driver, you would expect both drivers to place relatively close to each other or at most maybe 5-6 places apart. But Lawson has been 10+ places behind Verstappen in both races so far.
Albon did an interview about the car and setup not too long ago.
