F1 practice nearly killed me!

I was running the treadmill (7 min miles thank you) while watching tonights practice (GP of Australia) and the in car shots gave me a bit of vertigo and I nearly fell off the treadmill.

Don't try this at home.

Yeah instead of a 7 point harness, you need fall arrest harness.
