SPEED TV SCHEDULE - All Times Eastern & Subject To Change
Malaysia Grand Prix
Practice: Fri, Mar 17 1:00AM, (LIVE) (seems like Thursday night)
Qualifying: Sat, Mar 18 1:00AM, (LIVE) (seems like Friday night)
Race: Sun, Mar 19 1:30AM, (LIVE) (seems like Saturday night)
Race: Sun, Mar 19 12:30PM, (REBROADCAST)
I'm
the fact that the season starts out with no break between race #1 and #2.

Works well for us college-aged fans! I'm sure I'll be up and watching it live if I can find someone with Speed (RIT doesn't include it!!)

One thing I've always wondered... F1 is at the forefront of technology, yet... no one does race coverage in HD?
I watched Bahrain in Toronto on TSN in HD, and mind you it was in surround sound and projected onto a wall about 10 feet wide...
And some of you guys wonder why I drive 450 miles in a weekend just to watch F1.

The problem is not F1, the problem is SPEED.

F1 isnt in HD because the local stations broadcast it. Not ever country is running in HD, and then you have PAL to NTSC conversions and what not. Basically, we get screwed because rather than F1 owning all the broadcast equiptment, they sell it to a local station
