Wtf?! So it's quite obvious to Charlie Whiting that Ferrari, Maclaren, and BMW were not playing by the rules, yet FIA allows them to race with the 'illegal' bodywork???? Sometimes the type of decisions made by FIA make my head spin!

Damn, I forgot...

Oh, Longboard is better than Big Wave, but both are good as they have a flavor and are rather different. Gosh knows if I lived there I can see them being my house brand as the shipping fees might make all others very costly. And dude, get down to that basement of yours and bring a few Yuenglings up, that is by the way my house brand.

Such BS that the FIA won't clarify the rules and aren't punishing the teams who have run the illegal bodywork.

During the "fuel as ballast" controversy last year at San Marino, not only did the stewards clear JB's car, but BAR showed proof that the car was never underweight at any point of the race. The FIA then went above and beyond their own officials who had already given the team the "ok", to punish BAR for what was also arguably, a misinterpretation of the rules. BAR even went so far as to host their car's technical data in a huge PDF file on their website to show they had nothing to hide.

What's annoying is the FIA stating they have no intention to clarify the rule regarding the wings, rather, the teams who were found running illegal bodywork must change them before Melbourne. So essentially, there is still no guideline in the rules about how much a team can "innovate" before it's considered cheating. It's all up to the discretion of the FIA. Ridiculous.

If the FIA can ban BAR for something that even they stated in their ruling, was not cheating, how can they justify letting the teams who have run what they view as blatantly illegal wings, be let off with just a warning? The FIA and consistency clearly don't mix.
