I thought I would start with the wiring harness and what needs to be added back on to make all the functions of the S2000 still there. This is what I have come up with.

Alternator Plug ( green ) 4-pin Black/Yellow : White/Green : White/Red : White/Blue

Alternator Plug that runs tot he fuse box for charging the car, and battery. Single Black wire

If I want to use the stock Coolant temp sensor I will have to run these wires, but I am sure the F20C and the 2JZ runs at different temps, so the gauge cluster readings may be off. I will have to look into that. Red/White : Green/Yellow

Reverse light on transmission Yellow : Green/Yellow

ABS sensor on transmission Yellow/Blue : Blue/White : Brown/Yellow

If I do retain the A/C I have to run one A/C fan clutch wire Black/Red

Starter Solenoid. Black/White

Good luck. I think the idea is neat, but have never seen one that turned out right. They all ended up worse than what they originally were.
