-- IGNITION COVER --

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!

I got very lucky and came across a Mugen Ignition Cover last week. Even luckier that the post office delivered it on a Sunday!!!!!! I cleaned it thoroughly, jet sealed it, and waxed it. Here are some pictures....

The lights really made this last picture look funky in a few spots

-- NEW SHIFT KNOB --

My fiancé got me a Mugen knob for x-mas so I decided to give the CR knob a break, I have a few other Mugen goodies on the way also.

-- COILOVERS & WHEELS --

It's been torture looking at these parts in the garage for the past couple months, but last night we finally got to install the coilovers, mount the wheels, and do an alignment. I am extremely happy with the items we used, the installation, and the outcome.

The Setup:
Fortune Auto Coilovers 500 Series w/ Swift Springs 9k/9k
Volk CE28N 17x10 +70, 17x9 +63
R888R 255/40 235/40 (these run wide, but next time around will prob try the next size up)

I will get some better pictures today hopefully. Also hoping to get some exhaust clips as well . Enough talk, everyone is here for pictures not text......

-- UPDATED PICTURES / BRAKE RESTORATION / BUILD UPDATE --

My apologies for the delay on the pictures. It snowed here and shut the place down for almost a week. For most snow doesn't mean anything but here in Charleston, SC it means the world is ending.

Before the pictures I wanted to go over a few changes going on right now. Yesterday I picked up a ton of parts from Honda. I am going to remove the OEM calipers, sandblast them, and powder coat them (a color very close to oem). When they go back on I will be rebuilding them with all new oem parts, and replacing all the brackets, bolts etc. I will also be installing new OEM rotors. The current ones have a bit of rust on them, and it's driving me nuts!

I also picked up a few misc mugen goodies (radiator cap, oil cap, and a carbon shift knob). I will get pictures of these next week! Almost forgot I have a test pipe on the way as well!!!!

Picture time....

Very nice and clean! But it desperately needs an OEM Frontlip and a Rearspoiler!
