im glad that you are on here, openly professing that you are chosing not to pay it.. And openly deciding not to mail me the plate.. ::Print Screen::
Dont worry, it will be reported stolen tomorrow, since you cant just grow the f*ck up and mail ME the plate that I paid for and is registered (still) to ME, in MY state.. have fun with the stolen property you retard.. all because you dont want to stick it in an envelope..
thick skin and stupidity are two different stories.. Swallow your pride and take care of your business.. im not going to let it go.. so give me the plate, and be done with it

Just file the police report; report the plates as stolen. Keeping tags and plates with the car in cross-state sales can be tricky. In all the cars I sold, I've NEVER sent a car out with plates registered to me. I tell the buyer to slap a paper tag on the plate holder with "LAF" (license applied for).
Go to court, fight the ticket showing the Bill of Sale and date on the bill of Sale....
If state of NJ decides to go to bat for their plate, let the state go after him.
You guys clean up the mess with the plate, until then....thread is locked.
