Default Unicorn nfr 04 build thread (pic heavy)

2004 nfr with 8,658

Car got delivered to me on 2/04/17. this makes me the second owner, original everything. all 3 keys, all manuals, window sticker, etc...

plans are keep it simple and clean. mods wise personally not fan of trying to make 40-50hp so it wont see any bolt ons. when the time is right it'll be boosted straight out stock block+e85+6466 until it has a window

Exterior mods
already got a oem lip, oem hardtop/hardware (luckily found a nfr),rpf1s, oem side stakes (need to install them still)

up next
some ohlins and slightly have the fenders rolled. just wanna close the wheel gap not fan of slammed or tucking tires crap. no offense towards anyone.

to the pictures now!
went to go rescue it in my cousins 05 nfr )
right off the tow truck

that was her on first day to new home

shoutout to the homie louie for confirming few things for the hardtop to make sure it was a oem deal as the buyer described it. glad it checked out perfect and deal went smooth. next ordered some license plate bracket hole caps. took the bracket off and the holes just bugged the shit outta me. also since the hardtop didnt come with any side catchers i was tripping for the entire day. couldnt decide which ones to go with cause theres few options on the market. asking ton of people on fb and doing some research i just went with oem ones. so far so good just cant stand the stuipd noise over little road bumps. i think i need to swap out the front catchers from doing some research for the hardtop ones. i believe they fit more firm and snugged.

oem front lip, oem hardtop, rpf1s and side stakes (still need to install the stakes) didnt have the correct drill bits so these gotta wait until they go on.
at first not knowing anything about these cars and side catchers shit seemed like a hell of a job but it was simple install very straight forward/easy
hardtop all fitted
picture dont do justice but u get the point. took it before the hardtop went on

her first rain before to the tire shop
yup 20 mins later
back home and the evo in the back feeling being left out :-/

Nice pick up. Adding OEM exterior parts to me is the best option for a simple and clean looking s2k... love it.
