The car looks amazing , it is all set up for a Mugen intake now, that would work great with that bumper. Happy motoring.
You talkin' about me?

I think the paint match on my imola was pretty good with the mugen bumper.

Unfortunately the bumper has a significant difference in color, I'm guessing a wrong base coat was used. It's actually very close to Imola Orange Pearl, but nowhere near New Imola Orange Pearl...
I hope we can work something out with the painter.

Time for the Mugen rear!

Yes, it's very hard to match and goes wrong most of the time when bumpers have to be resprayed.
The S is getting a full respray by the end of the year and I can't see the mismatched color when I'm driving anyway But it does bother me so needs to be resprayed.

Yours looks great kryptonite, your paint guy must be one in a thousand I think.
No Mugen rear though, means I would need a different exhaust as well (and a Mugen hardtop ) Only other Mugen part I'll be using soon is this steering wheel I recently bought.

J's Racing header is finally installed as well. Took some cursing, swearing and banging the heat shield but I managed to get it in:

Also tried fitting the J's Racing throttle body but I couldn't figure out how to calibrate the tps sensor and gasket that came with it wasn't in the best condition, so back to OEM it was:

No I thought yours looked good. There was the one Ontario member who lived up in Colingwood area, met him on one Niagara drive, he was quite disappointed with the colour of his bumper and I agreed that it was a poor match. I think his name was Jim ? If I'm not mistaken the clearcoat on that colour is tinted and meant to work with the basecoat to provide the total colour appearance, and paint shops often mess up the formula.

Yeah, I glanced and thought the road was clear, just saw the oncoming traffic in time and hit the brakes.
One of the downsides of driving in a group I guess, trying to stick with the rest and overtake more cars/take more risks than you should.
