Cody Red's build thread. Rio AP2 for track!
4/28/12 update:
I recently stripped the oil pan like a dumbmthrfckr but have a replacement ready to go while I wait on the oil pan baffle from Trackforged. Also put in a Rockstar single diagonal roll bar and cleaned up the wiring a little bit. A cousin helped reroute my trunk release button and swap out the Roof button for the 12v outlet which will help with my G-Tech Pro RR and having a close spot to plug in. also took out the leather that surrounds the center console to expose the yellow. i think it looks great!

that's a Freebird's pot brownie sticker if anyone is curious, off now though.
Also just received a used gtc200 wing from another member with 2.5" risers to mate with the BYS spoiler. Took a chance and bought it from a member on eBay residing in Hong Kong - fits pretty well and looks great for paying only 3 bills total after paint. I'm having the side plates from the wing paint-matched and possibly the wing too if my guy can't clean up the carbon well enough. i plan to get the gurney flap that apr offers for this wing.

that is a cousin of mine that's been helpful in some of the process

Just for comparison

not sure if anyone reading would be able to chime in on the wing placement to the trunk. I've seen how people mount it as far back on the trunk but the spoiler is obviously there, but not taking up too much space. if I remember correctly, isn't it that the farther out the wing is from the car it is usually aimed at stability at higher speeds? either way it's being mounted and I can adjust the wing itself.
