Haha I think I stared out the sunroof more than looking at the road on my way home. Pulled over like 4 times to tighten down the straps too.

I have mixed feelings about gutting my soft top. At first I was like hands down, but now I am not so sure.

^ ya if I used my car as a commuter or daily drove and the added weight didn't really matter then I wouldn't gut the Softtop... but I'll need my car to be light when I track it.

Quick update. Picked up my bumper.
Will be fitting everything throughout the winter and prep for paint.
Still gotta pick up my Tamon rep spoiler I got in that group buy we had.

How does it fit with all the bolts tighten down? Including bumper tabs on the side. How's the headlight fitment and overall quality. I fitted original bumper not too long ago, I'm just curious to see how much fitment work it needs from shine auto. Any detail photo is appreciated.

I haven't gotten around to fully test fitting it.

I just wanted it off the floor so I slid it on the car for now and that's how she currently sits.

I've never done an aftermarket install so I'm assuming I'll have to trim or remove all the oem fender liners/undertray but I'm not 100% sure. Also if anyone knows... am I to install the bracket under the headlight again for the bumper? Not sure what it'll do since the aftermarket one won't attach to it....

could you take few more picture of the bumper. The back side.

From what I can tell, you have to remove the center liner so that the center opening can tuck all the way through the radiator support.

You dont have to trim any fender liner. Simply tuck the liner behind the bumper. The brackets under the headlight and fender remain in place. You just have to work around to snap those corners in.

Ill try to snap few pictures tomorrow on the authentic bumper.
