Swapped out the HKS for something a little different.

Stopped by the body shop today, after dropping it off Monday. They're working on fitting the bumper and hood after a first rough sand and prime. There will also be some filling in from casting imperfections before the final prime and paint. The hood fit extremely well with little/no adjustment. Here is a photo of it just sitting on the car. It's not bolted on at all or latched, but I couldn't seem to find any fitment issues walking around it.

Bumper is still being worked on off the car, so no real update there. I'll be stopping by there on Monday as well, and hopefully have some installed shots then (sans paint).

So as promised, I stopped by the shop to take a look at the fitment of the front bumper. It's not as good as I may have hoped, but the adjustment/fiberglass work will be minor.

A quick couple shots of the overall car. This is without anything really being fully bolted on, just mocked up.

You can see here how there is some overhang onto the headlight. This should be a somewhat easy fix.

Here you can see the space between the headlight and the hood is too wide. I'm assured this also is a somewhat minor fix. Keep in mind the hood is only basically laid up there in this shot. The hood will sit very slightly further to the right.

The other side is pretty good. Shouldn't need a ton of adjustment here.

There is some overhang on this headlight too. Also a minor fix.

The fenders are still my flared, metal OEM fenders as well, so there shouldn't be any issue getting those to line up a little better.

Pretty excited with the overall look of the car. I'll update with more pictures as things progress.

Have them paint the mirrors while you're at it.

Honestly...I'm running low on budget lol. I do want to get them painted, but I have to decide if I go white bases and black mirrors to maintain the whole 2-tone thing I have going on right now. Maybe white mirrors would look cook though...

Thank you sirs!
