New vents that will be installed on the hood, and the fenders as well. Thank you Noodler for producing these, and making easy to work with for the fenders.

Love the car What is the benefit of the solid wing mounts versus the standard ones? Less flex? Also interested in those fender vents, saw them posted on Instagram, will you keep them that color or color match them?

to be honest, there is no real difference other than personal preference. I just wanted my stands to be solid, and color matched. Wasn't too much of a fan with the holes. but the ones i have are thicker than the standard voltex ones.
what sets these vents aside is that they can be flexed as there are no exact fender vents for our cars. they are made from ABS, and when i twisted them, i knew it would be a easy install.

I am def going to be color matching both the hood, and fender vents, or i think it will just be too much offset black too close to one another.

New vents look good, can't wait to see them installed! I really want to see how the fender vents turn out as well since like you said, there are no options available for our cars. I feel like the vents could be black if it were either the hood or fenders, but not both. Is the hood not dissipating heat well enough, or do you just want to improve on the setup already?

When it comes to heat, the ASM hood does almost nothing to be honest. The vent sits right above the intake box, and with the slope of the hood; all the heat moves up the hood. With the vents positioned above the Intake Manifold and Header. It should move the heat out of the engine bay nicely.

ASM did this with their $6K GT 10 hood to correct the heat with their hood. The front intake was to work with their ITB's

I think the best place to see what is being done is on Noodler's car. He made this flexible vents to fit more flush than the ones he is running. He basically produced and correct a issue.

What's the purpose of venting the fenders?

Fender and hood vents should look great! They looks fantastic on Son's car. You think you are going to rivet them on? Or maybe try countersunk allen head bolts similar to ASM?

Pretty big aero benefit. Evacuating the air the builds up in the fenders from the airflow the tires generate can reduce front lift quite a lot. Also should reduce drag up front.

That's going to look just like the GT-10 hood when it's all said and done. Those fender vents looked great as well.
