So i decided to keep the CE28's, and run 255's up front. I had an opportunity to purchase a set of ZE40's from a local S2K owner. but i knew that i would have some trouble selling the CE's in red, and i did not want to have a set
of wheels just sitting in the garage waiting for a buyer.

realizing i like CE's way more than ZE's; I concluded it was the color that i was just trying to move away from. So on Monday i test fitted the rear 255's to the front, and once i confirmed i can clear a 255 tire.
I took the wheels to a local shop sensei 6 who has experience with Volk wheels to have them refinished in Bronze.

One last photo of red wheels with 255's

I got my wheels back last week, and had them mounted up with a 255 square setup.
First time driving the car in five months, and it really felt nice. Need to make more time to enjoy this car.

hmm I think I personally prefer the red, at least compared to the powder coated bronze. The actual Volk bronze could definitely change my mind on that, but I know that's pretty much impossible to replicate.

Yea, they are impossible to replicate with powder as they are anodized from factory. I was so tired of red that even a black wheel would of been a fresh take for me.
The color is still growing on me, and we will see if i end up keeping them.

Splitter currently being made for the ASM front end. Apparently the IS-11 front is very tricky to work around, and i commend Oscar here for being patient.

How much camber are you running on the +28 up front and the 255 tire. I am super worried to try a more aggressive CE for my build currently running +40 for my front and catching the fender.

I am maxed out currently on the front OEM camber; i am not hitting the fender, but i feel like at the track i might scrape it.
Are you currently using a ASM fender as well?

I am going to purchase the Origin offset bushings which give an additional 7mm of clearance. You should def take a look at these, and Ricky also did a write up on installation.

I would also recommend a Zerk grease fitting install.
