Just a month ago I purchased my 03 AP1. She had 96k miles when I got her. I just got my

Upgrades when I bought the car:

stage 2 clutch kit
Injen air cold Intake
Alpine Head Unit
lightweight pulleys
Convertible straps

work/mods since Bought:
Membership to S2ki
Blacked out emblems
License plate caps
stubby carbon fiber antenna
moving sunroof mod
pulled apart glovebox to fix lighter port
brakes changed (OEM spec)
general clean out of car


Near Future mods:
lightweight flywheel
short shifter
suspension
new front bumper or lip
new rear bumper
oem spoiler
seat locks
control interface to headunit mod
repaint the rims (previous owner did a shitty job)
Clear side markers (ordered on their way from japan)
under/tower braces
speakers in rollbar mod
painted headlight eyebrows (maybe still deciding if it will look good)
and many more

About 2 Weeks after I had purchased my S2k I took a road trip from Philadelphia to Phoenix, stopping in Chicago and going along Route 66. Below are a few selected photos from that trip

That was an amazing trip Especially in an s2k. I would highly recommend doing this journey before you croak.

So far i have only been able to do small stuff but here is what i got done so far

The front bumper needed some special attention. There was alot of scuffs and chips. I plasti-dipped a strip on the bottom to help cover some of the damage up. I also plasti-dipped the grill and indent covers to bring them back to black.
