Default Petty's 25.3 cert back halved s2000 lots of pics

Well I figured I should post my build since I will be finally getting my car back in less than 2 weeks completely finished. My car is an 01 s2000, or at least it was at one point in the past, you will see what I mean as you read and look at the pics. I bought the car bone stock in 2008 and I daily drove it for 3 years before going crazy on it. First it was the stock motor boosted at 525whp then it shortly after had a catastrophic valve/connecting rod/block failure. I then had golden eagle sleeve a block, custom rotating assembly with grp billet aluminum rods and custom ross pistons along with o rings and a cnc'd head with the bigger 7mm valve stem valves. I went with a brms sidewinder tial 44mm gates gt42r Vibrant intercooler ID2000s AFI intake manifold fbm tb so on and so forth. I was shooting for 1000+whp but after spending all of that money and realizing that no matter how well something is built, at 1000+hp everything on a 4 cylinder can break whenever it wants and I decided to put that motor into one of my other s2000's at lower power and put a better power plant in my actual racecar that would last at high HP. Here is the specs of the car and engine now

Full chromoly 25.3/25.2 cert good to 6.00 at its weight
Full back halved double rear frame fail, basically a mini pro mod chassis
Chis Alston chassis works FAB 9 rear end, 4 link, anti-roll bar, wishbone locator, ect
15x14 champion billet rears and 15x3.5 fronts
MT 315 radials
Moser all aluminum third member
Moser gun drilled axles
Willwood 4 piston calipers on all 4 corners
Denny's chromoly driveshaft (will be swapping to composite PST later this year)
Reid cased glide trans fresh from Hughes performance
8" Billet hughes converter
Mid plate and motor plate along with moly driveshaft enclosure
Racewire Solutions full switch panel and relay panel and all the wiring in the car
Holley EFI Dominator engine management
16 volt battery and alternator
Holley EFI digital dash display
Custom moly K member and moly upper and lower front control arms
QA1 double adjustable coil overs on the front and rear (most likely swapping the rears for Menser's later)
Dart Iron Eagle SBC block
Brodix cnc Track 1 23 degree heads (most restrictive part of the entire build)
custom comp cam
custom set of JE pistons
Scat 3.800" crank
Scat rods
O-ringed block with clark gaskets
accufab 4 barrel throttle body
NX progressive nitrous 2 stages

The engine made 700hp NA, with 18 degree or 15 degree heads it will be north of 850hp NA plus 2 kits of spray but that's down the road

Flaming river steering rack
custom made carbon hood
Kirkey seats
custom made headers
drag wing with struts
Stroud shute
Full fire suppression system

I'm sure I'm missing a lot of stuff. The entire reason I built everything on the chassis overkill is because I absolutely love the car and I never wanted to deal with building another chassis again. I over built everything so it could still be streetable and reliable with the power plant it has now but in the future I want to go BIG power and everything will handle it. Last time we weighed the car it sat at 2010lb without me in it. Since then we have added more parts but we have also replace the whole front end cast iron part with chromoly, and also to narrow the front end so the wheels and tires sit under the fender like normal. I'm hoping the car will weigh about 2300lb with me in it. It is still an all steel body minus the carbon hood and truck. It even still has the door speakers in it I keep forgetting to take out ha ha ha.

Anyway here are the pics that I have so far. I am from Idaho, currently living in Utah and the car is getting wired and finished up at Funkhouser Racecars right now. My friend owns the shop and does fantastic fabrication, wiring, and all around building at amazing prices. he also was the one that did the whole cage/backhalf and custom front end and brake setup.
