About a week before I left for Japan, I had originally messaged a fellow s2ki member about his J's Racing 60RS Ti exhaust that he was selling, but the sale stalled a bit because he had discovered a flaw and was holding off on selling it temporarily. However, while I was in Japan, he ended up sending me an email and saying that he was ready to sell the exhaust, albeit with a slight discount for the gash that was on the exhaust. Being that he was local to my buddy, he ended up meeting up with my buddy to sell me the exhaust (including a fun facetime conversation while I was on the train in Kyoto) and stored the exhaust until I returned from Japan. When I returned home from Japan, I was able to have the exhaust delivered to me from Vancouver BC, and installed it the day after it was delivered to me.

While I was in Japan, I received from an east coast buddy mentioning that he had been browsing Yaj and found the missing pair I needed to complete my set of CE's. After some internal panic and debate, I emailed Jesse Streeter and had him place a bid on the pair so that I could complete my CE's set. Ironically, even though I was in Japan already, I couldn't risk the wheels not arriving to my AirBnb in time, or having some issues at the airport when I left Japan, so I opted with having Streeter complete the transaction and ship me the wheels once they arrived. Coincidentally, a week after I got back from Japan, the wheels arrived at my door looking all pretty and concave (although a little dirty, and with ugly wheel weight stickies).
I quickly had them mounted, and finally had matching concave CE's all around. As an added bonus, they were the same TI Silver finish as well (minus some extra brake dust and what not).

The following week, I took the car into Honda to have a friend change the oil and align my car. Unfortunately, the alignment didn't quite go as I expected, as he decided to max my camber instead of my desired alignment, so that left things a little wonky. Shortly after the alignment, I ended up driving my car down to Portland for a work training, and ended up with a few cool shots while passing through the Columbia River Gorge.

A few months before I purchased my S2000, I rewatched this classic video of a showdown between Amuse's and J's Racing's "street" S2000 builds, and the J's Racing car reminded me that I was in a position where I could attempt to recreate this car. With my first two S2000's, I was a broke college student with barely any funds to actually buy good quality parts for my car, and I felt that the time was right for me to finally build the S2000 that I'd be happy with.
With that in mind, a few weeks after I bought the S2000, I was browsing around on Yaj and fell upon an AP1 bumper with J's Racing half spoiler for a great price, and decided to pull the trigger. After waiting a few months for the bumper to arrive on a container form japan, I finally received the text to come pick up my bumper in late April from my buddy Charles. After not finding any alternative options for having the bumper delivered to me from Canada to Seattle, I then embarked on interesting adventure in which I took a 2 hour drive to Vancouver BC without a front bumper and installed the bumper when I got there. On the bright side, I also got to try on my buddy Jaffe's square 17x9 +38 Regamaster setup and got a potential visual of what my car would look like with Regas and the J's lip.
