s2k4life_az's Build

Installed a new rear tie bar from BAWSSfab this evening. Took some extra shots of the exhaust that I didn't have previously. Fitment of both the tie bar and exhaust are perfect. [attachment=82664::][attachment=82665::]

After some time, I've returned to add to my build thread.
Life has taken hold full force for the last year and half. Got a busy new job that's local but I finally got off the travel gig. Kids are out of high school with 2 in college. The youngest one is at Stanford University - very proud Dad to say the least! I haven't had much time to post or participate in local events (only 2 group drives and 2 track events in early 2016). I'm hoping 2017 will bring a renewed sense of interest and energy into enjoying my CR. I also landed up getting a new DD - 06 GPW with black interior. It will stay bone stock (maybe - yes - not sure). I have enjoyed the top down weather most days to and from work so far. I sold my Advan wheels after wearing out the AD08 tires. I plan on purchasing new wheels this year but haven't decided on anything as of yet. I did purchase some DFV's at the end of 2016 with a 12/10k Swift springs setup from Urge Designs. A few other parts also need installed along with this new suspension (Spoon bump steer kit, transmission and engine mounts). I will be purchasing some new tires for the OEM wheels and get the car aligned along with a retune - mostly a touchup given the dual Greddy SE exhaust and the SOS TB I installed last year.
More to follow this year....

Although my GPW is a nice color as a DD, the ABP is just so unique when I drive it. Even after all these years the color is eye catching creates conversation with people. Advans always look good on our cars. I want a forged wheel so looking at either ZE40 or RECSII as possible choices in S2000 fitments. CE's always look good but so many people have them.

Well I finally got the coilovers installed. Still need to do a few things but overall pleased. Decided to get the SBG lower cups and some adaptors for the rears for easier access to rebound adjustment in the rear.
Next steps to refresh my build a bit.
1. New wheels and track tires.
2. New rotors and W6 race pads for track application.
3. Possible new intake system.
4. Retune my existing map.
5. Remove tint.
6. Polish and wax.
