Default 1970 BMW 2002 + S2000 = S2002

Hello every body!

I use to own a ap1 s2000 GPW and I sold it a while back. I do miss it from time to time. Definitely miss the handling...

I did grow up with BMWs, they are great cars, I've owned mostly e30s and e36s. All were heavily modded.

Currently I DD a 2010 Civic, own 2 BMW 2002 and a bike.

This BMW will be my spring, summer, fall car.

Currently the 1970 bmw 2002 is being disassembled. I am going to an entire different direction with car.

The Plan is simple, Cut the BMW body and place it on top a s2000 chassis.... lol

Why? better suspension geometry and handling.
Cons? Weaker diff, but it all depends on how you drive it. Puddymod to the rescue!

the 2002 weighs in 2050 lbs with full tank of gas
The 1970 2002 mods currently are
Front
Tii struts, 300mm BBK, IE full rear coilovers, front coilovers, Poly bushings.
Rear
E30 subframe, e30 rear trailing arms with adjustment tabs. E30 4.10lsd, E30 Chromoly axles, Poly bushings, E46 rear brakes
Engine & Drivetrain
E36 M3 engine running on ODB2, M3 5 speed.
Exterior

Acs type 3 wheels 17x8.5 et 15 255 tires square
