It is a Recaro Speed "Challenger" reclining, bottom-mount seat with new Bride RO sliding rails/bracket. Includes the OEM Honda S2000 driver side belt buckle receiver. Finally, includes a belt guide loop. Literally, replace your crappy OEM seat with this ready-to-go setup. Very supportive, yet comfortable. The fabric and bolsters are in fantastic shape.
