Join J. Moore this Saturday, 28 September, at the Petit Jean 16th Annual Swap Meet & Car Show (501-727-5427). I am entering my newly repainted 2002 Honda S2000 for the first time in this show. Shine up your pride & joy (and give me some competition) by entering your beautiful S2K roadster in this big event. The event Swap Meet which started yesterday, 25 Sept., runs through Saturday, 28 Sept. The event Car Show site is atop Petit Jean Mountain on the grounds of the Museum of Autos located on Hwy 154 southwest of Morrilton, AR. Car Show registration ($30.00 fee) is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, judging of cars starts at 12:00 Noon, awards at 3:00 PM. I am told that there is a car wash in Morrilton on Hwy 9. Morrilton is 1-mile south of the intersection of I-40 & Hwy 9(about 18-miles west of Conway, Arkansas). Last Saturday, 21 Sept., I entered my S2000 in the Rally in the Valley Car Show held on the Johnson County Courthouse Square in Clarksville, AR. There were 79 cars/trucks in the show and my S2000 won its class (imports) with a BMW Z3 taking second place. Even if you don't enter your S2000, come to the car show, stop at my car, and let's talk cars! I am also looking forward to checking out the cars on display in the Museum of Autos building!
