Sorry, but, I'm out for this one. There are just too many issues with the car for me to deal with in one week to have it road ready by the weekend. I will work on it over the winter months as time and money allows and bring it out next spring if I keep it that long. Not too happy with it at the moment...

There deer will be mating in the morning, about 6-10 and then again for a few hours before dusk. If it is really cold they will stay bedded down during the day. If it is nice, they will be all over.

Jule, have seen a couple of dead deer along the road ... been counting the dead skunks, possums, turtles, squirrels, racoons, badgers and LIVE dogs on the roads driving around here.
However, we were propositioned by a couple of does wearing garters and hose along the side of the road, so perhaps it IS mating season???
