I'm getting excited too, as I won't be leaving Fayetteville until tomorrow morning. The car was driven on a short drive this morning to make sure everything is in good working order. See everyone about 7:30 tomorrow.

Ultimately.... what is ideal tire pressure when the tire is warm and the car has been running for at least an hour on the road whatever the ambient temperature is; i will try to maintain that result.

Filling my tires to 32psi when it's 32deg outside will make my pressure high by 12pm. so what do i deflate it to?

NWA peeps leaving saturday morning, do you guys want to meet up and ride together? I live close to the interstate so I was considering going to Rogers and taking hwy 62.

My wife and I are in south Fayetteville so we are planning on leaving around 6:30, and gassing up at the Conoco station just east of the 23/62 intersection. From there we'll grab a McD's and head over to the registration room at the hotel, arriving a little after 7:30. We'll see you there.

If your car is to be parked outside tonight (Friday), I suggest you do as JulieU does--inflate two psi over what you want to run on while they are cold. Upon arriving at our lunch stop, quickly check tire pressures and lower if necessary.

Agreed. THANK YOU Andy, Julie, and all the other admins who set up the bmt! It takes commitment to organize a group/event like this.... and you do it twice a year! It was fun..... thank you!

Yes this is a great event with some great mountain driving for the whole day. Looks like about 250 miles of driving for the day. Thanks for everything Alan, Julie and all the others behind the scene for making this happen twice a year. I will let others know about this event. Worth all the 12 hours road trip to do. Hope to see y'all in spring but will be back next fall for sure. Keep up the great work. Again thanks for everything. Later David

Andy Julie and the rest of the BMT Staff:

I'll echo the sentiments. Maureen and I had a great time. Although a bit cool this morning, it was still a great day. Thank you all for all the behind-the-scenes work you do for this, our 3rd BMT. A special thanks to Keith (Whitenoise) for leading our group. The pace was fun and somewhat spirited when conditions permitted. We'll hopefully see everyone at the BMT Spring 2015 event.

I just got home safe and sound, but tired. I hope all BMT participants had as much fun today driving and visiting with so many of the BMT family as I did. Thank you all for coming and hope to see you all next spring.
