10 hour drive for a day drive..... I'll pass, unless one of these years, we plan a vacation around the event in that part of the country.

I can understand that Mike. We usually go up early and check out different roads and food before the actually event. The BMT Staff put on one hell of an event. Later BD

Okay, so we're 3 months out and the thread has been updated yet again.

We'd like to take this opportunity to announce that we now have a participant from Ohio that's confirmed, so welcome JoePhotographer!

We have also added some information about a 2 way radio that has been adopted by several participants who seem to be quite happy with them and their capabilities, so see the original post if you think you might be interested in knowing more about that.

Don't forget to book your room if you haven't already and let us know that you are confirmed so we can update your status accordingly. There are 33 names on the list right now, so we're bound to be almost full in our hotel room block, so don't miss out on getting the group rate!

Here's hoping you all have a great day!

I'm confirmed.

I second that radio in the first post. I got the 15.6" whip antenna too and never had a problem with reception. I do have the programming cable in case anyone needs it. I can't leave until after work that Friday and will arrive late but if you come with the programming software installed it takes seconds to read in my settings and then write to your unit if you don't want to do it yourself.
