Looking at getting some track time this fall and don't want to schedule one the same weekend as the BMT. Not a big hurry but any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance people. See you this fall for sure.

Argh! Same weekend as F1 at COTA in Austin. I have a friend wanting me to go to that. I was really hoping to be able to do that and the BMT. Looks like I'll have to decide which to do as both are vroom vroom.

Thank God! Thank you, guys! I am so glad it is not on F1 race weekend.

 

Just requested time off for that weekend, as I've missed I think the last 2 BMT due to work schedule issues. About what time do most drives wrap up the day of the drive? From what I remember, the last group is usually done by 5pm or so? I'd have to drive back to STL area that evening just trying to plan things out. Hope I can make it this time.

To jeepilot: I would expect the BMT to be done by 6 pm, depending on how much time is spent on the group photo at the end (if there is one) and how much difficulty you have leaving the group (it's hard to leave people you enjoy speaking to). Part of the BMT experience is hanging out with friends over dinner. Also, I would recommend against driving back home in the dark for any more than 50 miles after a long and hard day of driving. That's just unsafe.
