Fall 2018 Boston Mountains Tour ::REGISTRATION CLOSED::

Dear Friends,
You are invited to join other S2000 owners and driving enthusiasts for the 24th semi-annual S2000 Boston Mountains Tour!!!
This tour will cover some of the best winding and scenic roads that the Arkansas Boston Mountains range of Central and Northwestwest Arkansas has to offer with roads that challenge even the most experienced drivers.
On Saturday, November 3rd, all drivers will be given a tour packet that will have your group number, route with turn-by-turn directions, lunch and dinner maps (if applicable). The Arkansas Boston Mountains Tour is one of the best environments for you to fully enjoy what your sports car was made to do - TURN!
The BMT is a great social event and you will have the opportunity to meet great people from across multiple states. We look forward to seeing you there!

Mandatory Drivers Meeting: 8:10 a.m.

Hotel Booking Information:
There is a block of 40 rooms set aside for us, so when you call to book your room let them know that you are with the Boston Mountains Tour to receive your group rate of $101.95/night. However, you must book for 2 nights and you must book over the phone by calling 1-479-253-9551 to get this pricing. There will be either dual queen or single king rooms available for us, so if you have a certain requirement make sure you let them know when you call to book.

Itinerary
Nov. 2nd:
We will be having a social on Friday evening starting at 7pm in the Ozark room at the Hotel.
Pizza & Sodas will be provided. We will have some giveaway items and maybe a little trivia. It is a great time for people to hang out and get to know each other, and maybe even win some goodies!
Nov 3rd:
Registration, drivers meeting, and then we drive!
The morning route is roughly 2.5hrs and the afternoon route is about 4hrs long. There will be some rest stops along the way.You will want to get fuel at the lunch stop before you eat to save confusion and scrambling once lunch is over. We will be eating at a couple of different places depending on what group you're in, but this will aid in making sure things go a little smoother since we have such a large crowd.
After the tour is over you are free to grab dinner wherever you like, and there will also be another social gathering at the hotel in the evening. Unfortunately Eureka doesn't have a restaurant large enough to accommodate a group our size all at once, so we don't have a specific plan for dinner.
Nov.4th:
Checkout of the hotel and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Arkansas landscape as you make your way home.

This tour is limited to 50 cars, so secure your spot ASAP!
Reminders will be given periodically as we get closer to the event to inspect the following:
- Car (registration)
- Tires (including spare)
- Alignment
- Brakes
- Fluids
- 2 way radio, see notes below
- Paper map (usually available at the beginning of the tour) since a lot of the areas we drive through don't have very good cell reception
- Fire extinguisher (small)
- Small tool kit
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must have a valid driver's license
- Your car must have current registration
- You must have a valid proof of insurance
- Your tires must have at least 3/32" of tread on them at their lowest point

Please provide us with the following:

- Your real name (first name will be fine)
- What state you're attending from
- Whether or not you will have a passenger (+1)
- Let us know if you are confirmed. This simply means that you have your hotel room booked and will be there for sure!
- If you're not going to be driving an S2000, let us know what you'll be in so we can record that in our records.
