Here is a little bit of what you can expect.
Itinerary
Oct. 25th:
We will be having a social on Friday evening starting at 7pm in the breakfast area. It is a great time for people to hang out and get to know each other, especially for those who have not been before.
Oct. 26th:
Registration Opens at 7:30 a.m.
Mandatory Drivers Meeting: 8:10 a.m.
Tour Starts: 8:30 a.m.
The morning route is roughly 3-ish hours and the afternoon route is about the same in length. There will be some rest stops along the way.
You will get fuel before the lunch stop to save confusion and scrambling once lunch is over. We will be eating at a couple of different places depending on what group you're in, but this will aid in making sure things go a little smoother since we have such a large crowd.
After the tour is over you are free to grab dinner wherever you like, and there will also be another social gathering at the hotel in the evening. Unfortunately Eureka doesn't have a restaurant large enough to accommodate a group our size all at once, so we don't have a specific plan for dinner, per sé.
Oct. 27th:
Checkout of the hotel and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Arkansas landscape as you make your way home.
