How was the dirt/dust gravel this time? My car got bit last time when we went over ~2-3 spots that had gravel all over the road, it put a big rock in my windshield and dinged up the paint. My own fault for following too closely of course, but I'm considering blue-taping the car this time around.
Additionally, there are quite a few rough places on other sections of the afternoon route as well. Personally, I would be open to consider a change to the entire afternoon route to eliminate these sections, but if it remains as is, we'll just have to deal with them and proceed through them very cautiously and slowly. Also, there's still a lot of sand and gravel leftover from the winter storms, but hopefully most of that will be washed away prior to March 27th with some good rainfall.
Alright, time for pre-drive pix. Enjoy!
