Anyone getting there early. The Gulf Coast Contingency are planning to get in town on Thursday night. Then Friday go and cruise around check out some of the local sites. Of course waiting to do the fun stuff Friday night and then Saturday morning. See everyone soon.

As usual, I'll be coming in late on Friday. The 12 hour drive from Ohio is a bear (I-75/I-65/I-40 from Nashville is the fastest route), but the camaraderie and fun at the rally is worth it!

We'll have a small group of North Texas folks driving up from McKinney around 9am Friday. Should be there around 5pm depending on stops/traffic.

I don't have a guest yet so if anyone wants to split cost on a room, let me know. I'm at the Clarion with a two bed room. In the unlikely event I end up unable to attend I'll transfer the room to you.

Also I have that Friday off so plan on arriving in daylight hours.

38 cars as of February 17, 2018.

Don't forget to reserve your rooms before they can't be found any longer! There is apparently another nuclear power plant maintenance crew in town during our trip, so rooms are limited.

Otherwise, we hope you guys are getting through winter alright and are able to get your S2000 out and show it a little love when it isn't too cold out.

Don't forget to check your tires, brakes and fluids ahead of time. It is always best to be prepared well in advance of the event instead of scrambling to get ready last minute, or even worse, finding out that you need to do work that doesn't afford you the opportunity to join in on this great event!

Enjoy yourselves and stay safe. Can't wait to see you in March!
