It is an amazing spot for us to hang out, eat great food, have some drinks, and maybe even win some prizes. This will be our go-to place both Friday & Saturday nights. For those of you that usually stumble to your room after your fun, we will be providing a shuttle service from the restaurant to the hotel both nights.

This tour is limited to 50 cars and these spots fill up fast, so secure your spot ASAP!
Reminders will be given periodically as we get closer to the event to inspect the following:
Car (registration)
Tires (including spare)
Alignment
Brakes
Fluids
Extra items that are good to have on you:
2 way radio, see notes below
Paper map (usually available at the beginning of the tour) since a lot of the areas we drive through don't have very good cell reception
Fire extinguisher (small)
Small tool kit
Other requirements to participate are as follows:
You must be 18 years of age or older
You must have a valid driver's license
Your car must have current registration
You must have a valid proof of insurance
Your tires must have at least 3/32" of tread on them at their lowest point
It is a good idea to have a 2-way radio with you. Although not a requirement, it will help your group leaders to communicate with you about upcoming road conditions, turns, or any other information that may be important for the group to know. It also provides the ability for people in the group to communicate with their Tour Guide or other members of the group as needed. In general, they are just a helpful tool to have in the car with you.
There are several participants that have taken a liking to this radio from Baofeng.

Reason: Adding to the lsit
So I MAY have a BMT-worthy car pretty soon (no, not my sweet, sweet Camry). I'll RSVP if I do. But I don't want to take any spots until I'm sure.
Either way, I may plan a vacation around the area ... biking the Katy Trail just north https://mostateparks.com/park/katy-trail-state-park ... so I can meet y'all at the lunch stop OR get a shotgun seat with a participant (185 lbs., BTW).

If that happens, let us know. We'd love to see you!
